What is Shangri-La Singapore Rewards?
Shangri-La Singapore Rewards is Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore?s loyalty programme specially designed to enhance guests? dining experience and reward them for their loyal support and patronage at the various restaurants and bars.

Who can be a member?
Anyone who is a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, employment pass holder or dependent pass holder may apply for and participate in the programme, except directors, employees and relatives of the employees of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.

How to become a Shangri-La Singapore Rewards Member?
Simply complete the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards application form available at our restaurants and bars and pass it to our service colleagues or mail it to the Loyalty Centre. Using the Temporary Membership Card found in the application form, simply accumulate a minimum spend of S$500 (after discount and taxes) within two consecutive months of application to enjoy the membership privileges.
Is there a membership fee required?
No, there is no membership fee required.

Will the membership expire?
Yes, Classic membership will expire if the minimum spend criteria of S$1,500 (after discount and taxes) is not met within 12 calendar months of enrollment. For Platinum membership, it will automatically be converted to Classic status if a minimum spend of S$7,500 (after discount and taxes) within 12 calendar months of enrollment is not met.

How do I earn points?
Every S$1 spent, after discount and before taxes, at restaurants or bars (except room service, minibar, banquets and catering) at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore will earn you one (1) point. Platinum members earn 15% more points i.e. S$1 = 1.15 points. Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card must be presented prior to or at the point of settlement of the bill in order for points to be awarded.
May I combine my points with a family member or friend?
No, your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points are non-transferrable.
Do Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points expire?
Yes, Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points will expire.
Points awarded and credited within the first half of the year (1 January to 30 June) will expire on 31 December. Points earned within the second half of the year (1 July to 31 December) will expire on 30 June the following year.

For instance, points are accumulated in 2010 as per the table below:

What privileges can members look forward to?
All members can look forward to privileges such as daily discounts at the restaurants and bars, no blackout dates for dining reservations, complimentary parking as well as a dining voucher to be used in any of the restaurants during their birthday month.

Members can also redeem a myriad of attractive rewards by accumulating Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points when they spend at any of the participating restaurants and bars at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. Once they have accumulated enough Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points, redemption of rewards featured in the Rewards gallery on the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website (www.slsrewards.com.sg) can be done.
How do I check my account balance?
You may visit the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website (www.slsrewards.com.sg) and login with your membership number and password for balance enquiry. This information will also be printed on your receipt when you present your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card upon settling of the bill at the restaurants and bars.

How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed online at the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website (www.slsrewards.com.sg) or through instant redemption at any of our restaurants and bars (for selected Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore vouchers / items only) or by filling up the redemption form available on the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website. For the hard copy redemption form, you may mail the completed redemption form to Loyalty Centre at Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258350 or fax it to (65) 6732 3080.

How can I collect my redemption items?
Upon receipt of your online request or redemption form, the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards vouchers will be mailed to you within 7 working days. For items from third party vendors, members can collect them at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore?s Bell Desk within 14 working days of redemption.

What should I do if the reward that I want is out of stock?
The Hotel will replace the reward in the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards gallery with another item of similar value at the Hotel?s discretion or you may choose to cancel the redemption request.

What is Shangri-La Singapore Rewards Platinum?
Shangri-La Singapore Rewards Platinum is an exclusive tier of membership that rewards the most loyal Shangri-La Singapore Rewards members.  

How to become a Platinum member?
Shangri-La Singapore Rewards Classic members who have achieved a minimum spend of S$7,500 (after discount and taxes) within 12 calendar months of enrollment will be automatically upgraded to Platinum status.

What are the additional privileges for Platinum members?
Platinum members enjoy 1.15 Shangri-La Rewards points for every S$1 spent (after discount and before taxes).  Furthermore, they enjoy privileges such as complimentary parking through in-vehicle unit (IU) number registration, four (4) exclusive invitations in a year to attend events on a complimentary basis, guaranteed reservation for four persons when the restaurant is near full capacity and a dedicated dining reservations hotline.

What should I do if I lose or damage my card?
You may visit Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website (www.slsrewards.com.sg) and submit the relevant online form(s). Kindly indicate clearly your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards membership number. Please allow 7 working days for the card to be replaced and mailed to your correspondence address.

What should I do if I forget my password?
Please visit Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website (www.slsrewards.com.sg) and submit the online form for resetting of your password. Alternatively, you may also contact our Loyalty Centre at 6213 4398 or email sls.rewards@shangri-la.com to reset your password.

If there is a change in my address or other personal details, who should I contact?
Please login to your account in Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website (www.slsrewards.com.sg) and update your profile online or write in to the Loyalty Centre at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore immediately at Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258350. You may also email sls.rewards@shangri-la.com or fax your request to 6732 3080.
Will the personal particulars of members be kept confidential?
Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is committed to safeguarding your privacy and will not share your details with a third party unless required legally.
