| 2. | Who can be a member?
Anyone who is a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, employment pass holder or dependent pass holder may apply for and participate in the programme, except directors, employees and relatives of the employees of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. |
| 3. | How do I enroll in the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards programme?
Patronise any restaurant or bar at Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore three times within three months. Obtain a stamp each time to complete your Temporary Membership Card. Subsequently, simply complete the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards application form and submit it together with your completed Temporary Membership card to the outlet manager or mail it to the Loyalty Centre. The Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card will be mailed to you within 7 working days. You can then start to accumulate Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points each time you patronise any of the restaurant or bar at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. |
| 4. | Will this be at any cost to me?
No, your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards membership is absolutely free. You will even receive additional benefits such as discounted dining and room vouchers, upon enrollment. |
| 5. | How do I earn Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points?
Every S$1.00 spent at restaurants or bars, (except room service, minibar and banquets) at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore will earn you 1 Shangri-La Singapore Rewards point. The Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card must be presented prior to or at the point of settlement of the bill in order for Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points to be awarded. No Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points will be awarded should there be a delay in the presentation of the card. |
| 6. | May I combine my points with a family member or friend?
No, your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points are non-transferable. |
| 7. | Do my Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points expire?
Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points awarded and credited to the cardholder during any calendar year are valid for redemption throughout the year but must be fully redeemed by 31 March of the succeeding calendar year. However, the validity date of points for cardholders who enrolled in the programme during the period from 1 July to 31 December 2003 shall be extended to 31 March 2005. |

You can redeem a myriad of attractive rewards by accumulating Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points when you spend at any of the participating restaurants at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. Once you have accumulated enough Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points, you can redeem the rewards featured in the Rewards Gallery on this website. |
| 9. | How do I check my Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card account balance?
You may swipe your card at card-reader machines located at The Line Shop and near the House Phones located at the Hotel Lobby. A transaction slip complete with the opening balance, Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points earned and balance available for redemption will be printed for your retention. You can also login on this website with your login ID and password for your balance enquiry.
Such information will also be provided to you in a printout when you present your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card upon settling of the bill at the outlet. |
| 10. | How do I redeem my Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points?
You may select your desired rewards online, or download and print the redemption form from the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards website. For the latter, you may mail or fax in the completed redemption form. Upon receipt of your online request or redemption form, a Shangri-La Singapore Rewards voucher will be mailed to you within 14 working days. |

Shangri-La Singapore Rewards Platinum is an exclusive tier of membership that rewards the most loyal of Shangri-La Singapore Rewards members with even more privileges, exclusive invitations, more points and an easier means to redeem their desired rewards. |

Platinum status is conferred on those who accumulate spending of
S$5,500 and above at our restaurants and bars (except room
service, minibar and banquets) in each calendar year, and is renewed on an annual basis. |
| 13. | What benefits do I get as a Platinum member?
Platinum members enjoy 1.15 Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points for every S$1 spent, which means redeeming your preferred rewards more quickly and easily. In addition, Platinum members will receive exclusive promotions and invitations from time to time in recognition and appreciation of their continuous patronage. |
| 14. | What do I do if I lose my Shangri-La Singapore Rewards card?
Simply download and print the Lost Card Form on this website. Complete the form, indicating clearly your Shangri-La Singapore Rewards number, and return the form by mail to the Loyalty Centre at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. Please allow 14 working days for the card to be replaced and mailed to your correspondence address. |
| 15. | What do I do if I damage my Shangri-La Singapore Rewards Card?
Please write in to the Loyalty Centre at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore to arrange for a replacement. Please attach the damaged card so that existing Shangri-La Singapore Rewards points can be transferred to the new card. Please allow 14 working days for the transfer to take effect. |
| 16. | What should I do if the reward that I want is out of stock?
The Company will replace the reward in the Shangri-La Singapore Rewards catalogue with another of similar value as determined by the Company. |
