Shang Palace

An advocate of the fragrance of Chinese culture, Shang Palace showcases Cantonese cuisine, provincial specialties and Chinese tea culture in an ambience of rich Chinese heritage. The main theme for Shang Palace's interior décor is "dining in a Chinese Garden". Floral motifs take centrestage on the red glass ceiling and exquisite handpainted walls.

Six private dining rooms offer the ultimate in fine Chinese dining. Themed according to famous Chinese teas (Long Jin, Yu Hua, Shui Xian, Yin Zhen, Shou Mei and Pu’ er), the rooms are equipped with special tea service equipment that corresponds to the name. The largest, Pu’ er room, can seat 16 persons at an opulent round table.

An extensive à la carte menu, dim sum menus, set menus and premium tea menu are available.
